When will my order ship?
Orders ship once a week on Sunday. Orders placed Monday through Saturday will ship the week they are placed. Orders placed on a Sunday will ship out the following week. Please keep this in mind when ordering for holidays, birthdays, or other time sensitive events. I ship orders once a week to better balance the shop, life, and my disabilities. My shop is based in the United States.
Where do you ship?
I ship to all countries that accept USPS packages except for the following:
- EU (due to GPSR)
- Northern Ireland (due to GPSR)
- UK (due to VAT requirements)
- Germany (due to VerpackG)
- Places that USPS has currently suspended shipping to

What are your shipping rates?
USA: $5
Canada: $10
International: $14
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
US orders can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
Please note that these times are estimates and orders are not guaranteed to arrive within these time frames - it ultimately depends on how long it takes the USPS/your local postal service to delivery your order. Please allow up to 4 weeks of delay due to postage issues. If you haven't received your order after allocating for this delay, please let me know so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or return my order?
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
I need to make a change to my order - can you help?
Yep, no worries! As long as your order has not yet shipped, simply reach out using the contact form on my contact page. Be sure to include your order number and changes in the message and I'll work to get it sorted out ASAP.
My package is lost / arrived damaged - What do I do?
I'm super sorry to hear that! Please reach out to me using the contact form on my contact page and I will respond ASAP to get it sorted out. Be sure to your order number in your message to speed up the resolution process.
I will happily replace damaged items (if possible). For missing orders, I will check that they weren't shipped back to me. If they were, I'll pay to reship the order to the same or a different address. If the package is truly lost, you will have to place a new order.
I received the wrong item with my order
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to me the contact form on my contact page, and I will respond to get it sorted out ASAP. Be sure to your order number in your message to speed up the resolution process. No need to send the wrong item back.
Can I exchange an item?
All sales are final and are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.
